My WordPress Plugin
As few of You know, I’m studying computer science. Good part of this study is programming. Today I have written WordPress Plugin - Ultimate Progress Bar :). How it works, You can see above, just under this big image. This plugin generates very nice and customizable progress bars. You can define almost every aspect of it.

Installation is very easy:
1. Upload `ultimate-progress-bar.php` to the `/wp-content/plugins/` directory
2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress
3. Place a function call where you want the project meter/s to appear.
And here is short description of usage:
Example code:
<? show_progress_bar($width, $height, $done, $total, $zeronum,$borderc, $backgroundc, $bordertype, $bordersize, $textsize, $textcolor, $pdtop, $pdleft, $upbpd, $currency, $beforetext, $aftertext, $afterall); ?>
Description:
$width - progress bar width in pixels
$height - progress bar height in pixels
$done - amount done
$total - total amount
$zeronum - precission, number of numbers displayed after .
$borderc - color of border
$backgroundc - color of progress bar
$bordertype - solid, dotted and other from CSS border
$bordersize - border size in pixels
$textsize - text size in pixels
$textcolor - text color
$pdtop - text padding top
$pdleft - text padding left
$upbpd - progress bar left padding
$currency - euro, $…
$beforetext - text before numbers
$aftertext - text after numbers, before percent
$afterall - after percent
Here You can find examples page. And here is Ultimate Progress Bar.

That’s a LOT of options. Maybe you can change it so it can be inserted as a tag instead of as a php call? Easier for people who don’t want to enable php in their posts.
Nice niche plugin.

Good idea! I agree with the comment above that this would be better as a tag rather than PHP. Also, maybe rather than having all the options set everytime you use it, you could have an admin page where you let people predefine the style they want then just insert a bar by specifying a style and a percent.
